Your tasks
Your Mission A true partner to managers and teams, you will support all HR matters for the site and actively participate in the Group's HR projects.
In this capacity, you will
- Advise and support managers in the daily management of their teams.
- Manage recruitments and support the integration of new employees.
- Ensure the monitoring of professional paths, skill development, and training plans.
- Contribute to HR campaigns: annual reviews, performance, people review, salary reviews, etc.
- Support organizational transformations and change.
- Manage social relations in connection with the Site Management and the Group HR Management.
- Ensure compliance with the legal framework and the Group's HR policies.
- Contribute to various cross-functional HR projects at national and international levels.
Requirements
Your Profile
- Higher education in Human Resources or Social Law (Master's degree).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRBP.
- Experience in an industrial or multi-site environment is appreciated.
- Good mastery of French social law.
- Professional level of English allowing for exchange with international interlocutors.
- Ability to create a relationship of trust with managers and employees.
- Field-oriented, autonomy, pragmatism, and team spirit.
