The Position

In connection with the Purchasing Department and the sites, your mission is to ensure the quality, regulatory compliance, and compliance with NUTRISENS requirements of the food raw materials and packaging purchased by the Purchasing Department.

Your missions are organized around the following axes:

Product quality policy:

• Define and deploy the purchasing quality policy applied to food raw materials and packaging.
• Participate in regulatory and sanitary monitoring in order to anticipate developments in the sector.

Referencing and monitoring of food product and packaging suppliers:

• Evolve the supplier specifications according to regulations and the procurement quality policy
• Qualify suppliers and carry out quality assessments in connection with the sites

Referencing and monitoring of food products and packaging:

• Draft product specifications in connection with the user sites and according to the risk analysis of food raw materials and packaging
• Create and update product & packaging files

Product alert management and crisis management:

• Coordinate actions with suppliers in case of food alerts and crises in connection with the QHSE Department.

Management of the Responsible Purchasing policy:

• Identify areas for improvement regarding CSR in our purchases
• Ensure compliance with our Responsible Purchasing charter by suppliers

• Develop and provide expertise on the quality of food products and packaging to be a technical referent and support the group's projects regarding CSR

Profile

You have a higher education degree (Master's) in quality and confirmed experience (5 years).

You have excellent communication skills and know how to transmit information clearly and effectively.

You enjoy teamwork and move with ease in a transversal environment, collaborating with various stakeholders.

You demonstrate autonomy, reactivity, and know how to manage unforeseen events effectively.

You take a step back from complex situations in order to analyze issues and provide appropriate solutions.

You are recognized for your rigor, your sense of organization, and your ability to manage several subjects in parallel.

You are comfortable in English.
