Management Controller (M/F)

A specialist in food packaging, we design, manufacture, and market packaging solutions for the agri-food industry and collective catering. We are currently recruiting a Management Controller for a permanent contract (CDI) to support and structure the group's financial performance over the long term. Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Department, you will undertake varied and stimulating missions at the heart of a dynamic, multi-site, and international industrial environment, with regular exchanges in English. Your main responsibilities will be as follows: Understand the group's industrial processes and guarantee the consistency of cost accounting

Prepare monthly closings, produce, and analyze reporting for French and foreign companies

Analyze variances and support operational teams in performance management

Develop, monitor, and harmonize group performance indicators

Ensure monthly inventory valuation

Participate in the preparation of the annual budget, ensure its monitoring, and analyze variances with actual results

Calculate, document, and analyze the cost prices of the group's products

Implement group procedures to harmonize practices and ensure their proper application

Monitor investments and evaluate project profitability

In this context, we also expect a strong ability to evolve in a structured and multi-site industrial environment, involving regular interactions with teams located at different sites in Europe. A good understanding of complex organizational challenges, as well as the ability to work transversally with various stakeholders (production, supply chain, sales, technical), will be essential. The position also involves exposure to several information systems (ERP, reporting tools, CRM). Proficiency in this type of environment, as well as the ability to navigate between different tools and exploit their data for management and performance objectives, will be highly appreciated. Occasional travel to our industrial sites in Europe is to be expected in order to better grasp our activities, understand local specificities, and strengthen exchanges with teams on the ground. Profile sought: Higher degree (Master's level) in finance / management, complemented by successful professional experience (minimum 5 years), ideally in an industrial environment

Experience in a multi-site or international context is appreciated

Mastery of office tools, particularly Excel, and an interest in information systems

Ability to interact in English both written and spoken

Analytical skills, rigor, autonomy, and team spirit

Excellent communication and transverse collaboration skills
