Retail Service Crew

As a Retail Service Crew member, you will support day-to-day outlet operations, prepare desserts and beverages, serve customers, process orders, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

This role is open to candidates at all experience levels, including those without prior food and beverage (F&B) experience.

You should be comfortable working in a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME), where team members contribute across a range of operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cashiering and process customer orders received in person and through delivery platforms.
• Support day-to-day shop operations to ensure efficient and consistent service.
• Prepare desserts, ice cream, beverages, and related ingredients in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Carry out housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and general cleaning, to maintain a neat, hygienic, and tidy workplace at all times.
• Recommend and promote selected products in line with outlet sales priorities.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
• Receive and verify stock deliveries, record discrepancies, and support accurate inventory management.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and provide friendly, helpful service while maintaining a positive attitude and working collaboratively with the team.
