Job Responsibilities:

  • Create lots and print LIMS sample labels
  • Create, update, and print SRD labels
  • Configure and print LIMS labels according to the sampling plan, track sample progress and results
  • Reconciliation of unused LIMS sample labels
  • Support for label usage life cycle
  • Request, review and archival of BPRs and logbooks; compile, analyze and rectify GDP issues related to BPRs and logbooks
  • Issue BPR review schedules; track corrective actions for BPR issues and perform trend analysis
  • Retrieval and archival of logbooks to OPS
  • Maintaining currency of controlled copy SOPs inthe shopfloor
  • Manage shift scheduling, track working hours,and calculate shift allowances
  • Support urgent delivery of materials, documents,and tools within the workshop.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • ITE/Diploma in Biotechnology, ChemicalEngineering or related field.
  • Basic GMP knowledge
  • Meticulous, good team player
  • Able to work in cleanroom environment.
  • Office Hours. Able to support weekends &public holidays with make-up off days

Contract Duration: 12 months, subject to renewal based on performance.
