Supply chain specialist

Your tasks

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to coordinate procurement, inventory, logistics and supplier activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of equipment and materials for our business operations.

• Coordinate supply chain activities, including purchasing, inventory, logistics and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of required equipment and materials.
• Liaise with suppliers, procurement teams and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track purchase orders, shipments and delivery status.
• Monitor supplier performance, costs and delivery quality.
• Identify supply chain risks and recommend improvements to operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate supply chain records, reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant supply chain, logistics or inventory management experience.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, deliveries, inventory and purchase orders.
• Strong planning, negotiation, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain or inventory management systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills when working with suppliers and internal teams.
• Indonesian language skills are an advantage.
