Project Manager

Your tasks

We are seeking a commercially minded Project Manager to oversee project delivery, customer coordination, budgets, contractual commitments and acceptance milestones for technology-related projects.

• Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between scope, schedule, budget, contractual obligations and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as the main project and commercial contact for customers.
• Track quotations, orders, project costs, payment terms, collections and acceptance milestones.
• Manage scope changes and change orders, assessing their impact on cost, schedule and delivery.
• Coordinate business, presales, technical, procurement, finance and supplier teams.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans and escalate issues promptly.
• Prepare project status reports, conduct commercial reviews and coordinate acceptance and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure commercial objectives, contractual commitments and delivery outcomes remain aligned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3–5 years or above of relevant project management experience.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, data centres, cloud computing or AI platforms is preferred.
• Good understanding of contracts, quotations, budgets, costs, collections and acceptance milestones.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into project scope, deliverables and timelines.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination and problem-solving skills.
