About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director with a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple complex, major projects across the UAE/GCC. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of two ongoing major projects, one in Dubai and one in Abu Dhabi, providing overall leadership and strategic direction across both projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, solid technical and commercial knowledge, and extensive experience managing projects from concept/design through construction, completion, and handover. Relevant Project Experience Experience across multiple development types, including: • Luxury and large-scale villas • Mid- and high-rise developments • Residential and mixed-use communities • Compounds • Large-scale mixed-use developments • Major residential, hospitality, commercial, or integrated developments
Requirements
- Over 15 years of industry experience, highlighted by a 10-year track record as Project Director or in comparable leadership positions. • Proven experience in a Project Director role, with a strong background in senior project management. • Strong track record delivering multiple complex, large-scale projects across the UAE/GCC. • Strong technical, commercial, project controls, contracts, and delivery expertise. • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills. • Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders. • Experience with reputable developers such as Aldar, Emaar, or similar is highly desirable.
