Technical Interior Architect

nūno design studio — Cairo, Egypt nūno design studio is looking for a Technical Interior Designer with 3–6 years of professional experience to join our team in Heliopolis, Cairo. We are looking for a detail-oriented designer with strong technical skills and proven experience in developing interior design technical and IFC packages from design development through detailed documentation. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed interior design technical and IFC drawings .

Translate design concepts into accurate, buildable technical documentation.

Prepare detailed plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, joinery details, and other interior construction details.

Coordinate drawings and technical information with architectural, MEP, and other disciplines.

Prepare and develop FF&E documentation and schedules .

Review drawings for accuracy, consistency, and technical feasibility.

Ensure drawings meet project standards and nūno design studio's quality requirements.

Coordinate with the design team to resolve technical and detailing issues.

Participate in design development and technical coordination throughout the project.

Job Requirements 3–6 years of professional experience in Interior Design, preferably within a design consultancy or architecture/interior design studio.

Proven experience in preparing detailed Interior Design IFC / Construction Documentation packages .

Excellent command of AutoCAD and strong ability to produce accurate, well-organized technical drawings.

Strong knowledge of interior detailing and construction methods , including flooring, ceilings, wall finishes, joinery, doors, and bespoke furniture.

Experience preparing plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and detailed joinery drawings .

Good understanding of FF&E documentation, schedules, and specifications .

Ability to develop design information into clear, coordinated, and buildable technical documentation .

Good understanding of coordination between Interior Design, Architecture, MEP, and other disciplines .

Revit experience is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain drawing accuracy and consistency across a complete package.

Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with the design team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet project deadlines.
