- Check incoming scan files and prescriptions for completeness
- Design a crown and its corresponding printed model in Exocad
- Prepare and nest files correctly for the 3D printer and milling machine
- Print, post-process, and inspect models
- Mill, sinter (where applicable), and finish crown restorations
- Perform fit and quality checks before handover
- Recognize common errors and know when to escalate to a senior technician
