Nu Avenue Real Estate is expanding our dynamic team in Dubai and we are looking for ambitious Property Sales & Lettings Consultants to join us. This is a fast-paced, rewarding opportunity for driven individuals who are passionate about real estate and building long-term client relationships.

Please Note *This is a full-time, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential in one of the most competitive and rewarding property markets in the world.*

About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing the full residential sales and lettings process - from generating new business through to deal completion.

We are looking for individuals who are confident working in a performance-driven environment and eager to build a successful long-term career in Dubai real estate.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Well-presented, professional, and trustworthy
• Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential
• Positive, driven, and hardworking mindset
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• UAE driving licence required
• Additional language skills are an advantage
• Commitment to maintaining high company standards and professional conduct
• Punctual, reliable, and willing to support company growth
• Strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and a collaborative attitude
