Transport Services Associate Trainer
Your tasks
- Facilitate training and activities as per the lesson plan.
- Conduct mock exams for learners as part of exam preparation.
- Ensure trainings are conducted in a safe and conducive environment.
- Follow the KPI requirements set by Supervisor.
- Able to share incident related to workplace safety & health issue related to traffic safety management at workplace.
Requirements
Job Requirement
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACLP/ACTA.
- Possess a ODVL/BDVL with valid Class 4 or Class 5 driving licence.
- Minimum 3 years of training experience and working experience in Bus Training/Heavy Vehicle Training.
- Proficiency in a second language to communicate to non-english speaking trainees.
