PLC Programming Associate Trainer & Course Developer

Your tasks

We are seeking an individual to take on a dual role as both a Trainer and Course Developer in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming.

• Conduct practical training sessions on PLC programming for individuals and corporate learners.
• Evaluate learners performance through both theoretical and practical evaluations.
• Provide constructive feedback to learners to ensure mastery of PLC programming concepts and skills.
• Design, develop, and test PLC programming training materials to ensure contents align with industry standards.
• Continuously enhance and update training contents to align with technological advancements and learner feedback.

Requirements

Job Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Automation or Mechatronics, proficiency in PLC programming systems.
• Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACLP/ACTA/DDDLP.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and automation concepts are required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with logic programming or coding languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in industrial automation or manufacturing is a bonus.
