Electrical Safety Associate Trainer & Course Developer

Your tasks

We are seeking an individual to take on a dual role as both a Course Developer and Trainer in the field of electrical safety and distribution systems.

• Deliver training sessions on electrical safety and distribution system management.
• Conduct practical training sessions and safety drills to ensure learners gain practical skills.
• Conduct assessments in accordance to training curriculum.
• Design and develop comprehensive training modules on electrical distribution systems and workplace safety protocols.
• Ensure all training content comply with safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements

Job Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACLP/ACTA/DDDLP.
• Minimum 3- 5 years of training experience and/or industry experience on safety standard, risk prevention and electrical distribution design.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and automation concepts are required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills are preferred.
• Familiarity with logic programming or coding languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in industrial automation or manufacturing is a bonus.
