Zscaler Technical Lead (SASE)_Contract

Your tasks

Seeking a Senior Zscaler Technical Lead with strong hands-on architecture, deployment, and technical leadership experience across ZIA, ZPA, and ZCC. The role will drive enterprise-scale SASE implementation, solution design, governance, and complex technical escalations.

• Own end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Zscaler solutions.
• Lead deployment of ZIA, ZPA, ZCC, SWG, ZTNA, DNS Security, and FWaaS services.
• Design traffic forwarding using GRE, IPsec, Z-Tunnel, PAC, and VDI integrations.
• Manage SAML, SCIM, and Entra ID integrations and authentication architecture.
• Define security policies, migration strategy, and technical governance standards.
• Conduct design reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide L3/L4 escalation support.
• Coordinate with Zscaler OEM/TAC and stakeholders during implementation and operations.

Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in ZIA, ZPA, and ZCC architecture and deployment.
• Experience with SWG, ZTNA, DNS Security, FWaaS, and enterprise security policy design.
• Good knowledge of DLP, CASB, RBI, and ZDX.
• Hands-on experience with GRE/IPsec, SAML/SCIM, Entra ID, and migration planning.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale SASE projects, perform RCA, and mentor technical teams.
