Seeking a hands-on Zscaler Deployment & L3 Support Engineer responsible for implementation, migration, testing, and Day-2 operations support across Zscaler security solutions.
- Deploy, configure, and support ZIA, ZPA, and ZCC environments.
- Implement GRE/IPsec tunnels, ZCC, and App Connectors.
- Configure and troubleshoot SWG, DNS, Firewall, SSL Inspection, and ZTNA policies.
- Perform application onboarding, PAC/forwarding configuration, and SAML/SSO troubleshooting.
- Conduct migration activities, implementation testing, UAT support, and production cutovers.
- Analyze issues using Wireshark, PCAP, HAR files, and Zscaler logs.
- Provide L3 incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and operational documentation.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and ZCC.
- Expertise in GRE/IPsec tunnels, SSL inspection, and security policy management.
- Experience with ZTNA, SAML/SSO, and application access troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in packet and log analysis using Wireshark, PCAP, and HAR tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
