Project Manager (Observability & Dynatrace) _Contract

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of observability and monitoring projects. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Drive Dynatrace implementation, onboarding, and observability adoption across technology domains. Coordinate ServiceNow integrations including ITSM, Event Management, CMDB, and Service Mapping. Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, reporting, and executive dashboards. Manage vendors, cross-functional teams, and regional stakeholders. Support change management, training, operational readiness, and transition-to-operations activities. Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Project Management.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise monitoring, observability, infrastructure, cloud, or IT operations projects.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace , ServiceNow , or enterprise monitoring platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, Incident Management, Event Management, Service Reliability, and Governance.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Banking or financial services industry experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
