- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using the OutSystems platform .
- Build and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, and SFTP .
- Develop and optimize backend services using C#, .NET, and SQL Server .
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage application deployments, upgrades, migrations, and environment configurations using LifeTime and Service Center .
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, database, and infrastructure issues in production environments.
- Support cloud-hosted applications across AWS/GCC , including IIS, Windows Server, networking, and security components.
- Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines , automated testing, monitoring, and observability practices.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, authentication, authorization, and audit logging standards.
- Perform root cause analysis for incidents and drive continuous improvements to platform reliability and performance.
- Contribute to architecture design, platform modernization, automation initiatives, and engineering best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and citizen-centric digital services.
