Change Manager (Banking Domain)

Key responsibilities: Coordinate and govern changes in line with Production Change Management guidelines and agreed SLAs. Manage planning, approvals, communications, and risk mitigation activities. Support vulnerability remediation and change implementation with minimal operational impact. Required experience and skills: Minimum 9 years of relevant experience Strong Change Management background in large enterprise environments ITIL/ ITSM ServiceNow (SNOW) Configuration Management CMDB CAB governance and approval processes
