Manager, Operations

• Lead daily operational functions across warehousing, inventory preparation, field service, contact center and others.
• Responsible for day-to-day operations to ensure SLAs and all deliverables are met.
• Plan and develop strategies to achieve the set work objectives.
• Ensure that all policies, guidelines, operations control and compliance requirements are strictly adhered to Result driven & focus to meet KPIs.
• Address operational issues such as missed SLAs, process bottlenecks and service gaps.
• Promote cost savings, service-improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Streamline processes to reduce operating cost and turnaround time without compromising quality and risk.
• Maintain high service levels and proactively resolve issues.
• Develop long-term strategies for operational scalability.
• Inspire and lead team across all operational functions.
• Drive talent development initiatives including training in continuous improvement methodologies.
• Lead and coach staff to a high standard performance, productivity and service quality.
• Monitor and follow up on tasks assigned by the supervisor to ensure they are completed according to the plan.
• Responsible for reporting weekly/monthly report submissions.

Qualifications: Thai nationality Bachelor's degree in Operational Management, Business Administration, Engineering, IT or a related field. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Operations, Services, or Project Management. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams. Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions. Good command of speaking, writing English and communication skill. Computer skills Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Positive attitude, good team player, fast learner and flexibility.
