What are we looking for?

AI / Agentic Automation Engineer

• We are looking for a technical profile with experience in generative AI, AI agents, integration, and process automation/orchestration, oriented towards building solutions that can integrate with enterprise systems and execute operational activities in a controlled manner.
• The goal is not solely to develop chatbots or conversational assistants, but to evolve towards solutions where an AI agent can query information, interpret context, make decisions within defined rules, execute actions on systems, validate results, and escalate exceptions to a person when necessary.
• The profile will participate in the evolution of an operation currently supported by people and automations towards a progressively AI-assisted and agentic model, leveraging the technological ecosystem already available at the client.

Priority experience:

• Ideally, the profile should have practical experience in several of the following areas:
• Development of AI agents based on LLMs.
• Use of local or private models, for example through LM Studio, Ollama, or equivalent technologies.
• Solid development in Python.
• Integration of applications via REST APIs, webhooks, and external services.
• Implementation of tool/function calling, where an agent can consume tools, APIs, and enterprise services.
• Construction of agent flows with technologies such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalents.
• Implementation of RAG solutions to query documentation, procedures, knowledge bases, or operational information.
• Handling of structured outputs, validations, and business rules.
• Management of context, memory, and state within multi-step processes.
• Implementation of security controls, permissions, traceability, and human-in-the-loop.
• Logging, monitoring, and evaluation of the behavior of LLM-based solutions.
• Design of solutions where AI coexists with deterministic automation and orchestration tools, instead of trying to solve everything via the LLM.
