YOUR TASKS

• In this responsible position, you are - together with the Key Account Management - responsible for the support of existing customers as well as for new customer acquisition in the area of Managed Service
• You understand customer wishes and can map them into standardized service products or individual projects and explain them clearly to the customer
• You ensure the delivery capability for individualized services together with Service Delivery
• Preparation of Managed-Service contracts
• Creation of Managed Service calculations, presentations, and forecasts
• Participation in the development of new service products
• Conducting training for the Key Account Management in the area of service sales
• Presentation of offers, products, services, and solutions directly at our customers and at events
• Planning of central sales initiatives and campaigns as well as market analysis and support in the development of new products

YOUR PROFILE

• You have professional experience in the IT industry
• Ideally, you have experience in the sale of service products and are familiar with ITIL processes
• Experience in processing and answering public tenders is an advantage
• In addition to a strong goal and success orientation, we require strong communication and presentation skills as well as good English skills
• Personally, you convince through a professional appearance, good self-organization, and high teamwork skills
