Test Technician M/F

This job offer is entrusted to France Travail by LINDUSTRIE-RECRUTE.FRBased on a test request or specifications developed by an engineer, the Test Technician ensures the performance of qualification and validation tests related to the product development of NTN Transmissions Europe and the analysis of Quality problems.YOUR MAIN ACTIVITIES:Perform tests and measurements on test benches or on vehicles necessary for product validation and problem resolution- Ensure correct documentation of test requests- Prepare data (setups, adaptations, adjustments) relating to the test and create the file,- Define and implement the necessary measurement, analysis, and control means,- Ensure the compliance and consistency of parts in relation to the requested test,- Verify the relevance and accuracy of the measurements and results obtained,- Analyze and synthesize test results- Decide on the part analyses to be performed and ensure their follow-up or execution,- Propose, based on test results, the validation or non-validation of modifications, Product/Process and potentially, improvements,- Write test reports and update the test databasesEnsure the distribution deadlines of reports- Ensure the performance of internal calibrations,- Oversee self-maintenance work and manage the scheduled maintenance of the test benches for which they are responsible,- Drive the development projects of their meansParticipate in the service progress plan- Drive and implement the cross-functional actions for which they are responsible within their service- Ensure compliance with safety rules in the workshop and more particularly on the benches for which they are responsible,- Participate in the evolution of test procedures (proposals, tests.),You hold a BAC +2 degree in Mechanics / Physical Measurements/ Maintenance or equivalent.Expected Skills:- Knowledge of mechanics and metallurgy- Mastery of pack office - English: B1 Level- Ability to identify the most relevant measurement methods, to interpret results and to analyze failures- Aptitude to write clear and precise reportsYou demonstrate organization, rigor, and good listening skills. You enjoy teamwork while being able to work autonomously.
