Finance Treasury (Export Business)
•Collaborate in defining and developing Foreign Exchange Risk Management policies (FX Policy) to align with export business directions
- Plan hedging strategies, such as using Forward Contracts, Options, or other financial instruments
•Monitor economic situations and currency trends to assess strategic impacts on the business •Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for Foreign Exchange (FX) transactions, including comparing terms, rates, and fees to ensure optimal costs •Track Forward Contract statuses and prepare summary reports on outstanding balances, maturity dates, and exchange rate impacts •Prepare FX Exposure Reports and Sensitivity Analysis to support management decision-making •Analyze and prepare Gain/Loss reports from exchange rates •Manage and execute International Payments, such as TT, LC, DA/DP •Monitor and manage Overseas Accounts Receivable to ensure timely collection •Coordinate with banks and internal departments to ensure efficient credit line utilization, in alignment with the company's export plans and cash flow •Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and other relevant departments in the export process
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field At least 2–5 years of experience in Treasury / Finance / Export Knowledge of international transactions such as LC, TT, FX will be specially considered Understanding of export documents and processes Good command of English (especially business reading/writing) Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot, XLOOKUP, or data analysis) Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure Good communication and coordination skills Experience using ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle) Knowledge of Hedging Instruments such as Forward Contracts Understanding of import-export regulations
