Systems Support Assistant

We're looking for a Systems Support Assistant to join our team. This is a support-focused role — you'll help keep our systems running smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and assist end users. It's a great entry point for someone who wants hands-on systems experience.

Responsibilities;

1. Monitor system performance and respond to alerts, escalating recurring or complex issues to senior engineers.
2. Provide first-line technical support to internal staff and/or clients, diagnosing and resolving software, access, and configuration issues.
3. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures for the support knowledge base.

Requirements;

• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with ticketing/helpdesk tools (e.g., Zammand, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to methodically diagnose issues.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for liaising with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
