Industrial / Defense Buyer M/F

As part of an increase in activity, NSE is looking for an Industrial/Defense Buyer (M/F) to join our team based at the Abrest (03) site.

Reporting to the Industrial Purchasing Manager, your missions will be as follows:

• Source, select, and qualify new suppliers,
• Set up, monitor, and analyze tenders related to state market requirements (Defense),

• Negotiate industrial purchases under the best price, quality, and lead time conditions,
• Draft and manage supplier contracts (supplies and services),

• Ensure the correlation of needs between suppliers and internal clients,
• Monitor and develop existing markets,

• Manage supplier portfolios,
• Draft purchasing documents and update the ERP database,

• Monitor orders and supply lead times.

Travel is to be expected in France and Europe (approximately 1 time / month) and at our Varennes-sur-Allier site approximately 1 time per week.

Higher technical education in the field of Purchasing;

Experience in the Defense field would be a plus.

You master IT tools (Excel, Power Point…), and you have already worked under an ERP (knowledge of Microsoft Axapta and Sage X3 would be a plus).

Fluent English (written, spoken, read) required.

Mastery of a second foreign language (German) would be a plus.
