Senior procurement officer

Main Responsibility:

1. Purchasing & Order Management

> Raising purchase requisitions and orders. > Ensuring timely delivery of goods/services

1. Cost Management

> Controlling procurement budgets. > Achieving cost savings through CBE & price negotiation and vendor optimization. > Conducting spend analysis.

1. Compliance & Risk Management

> Adhering to legal, ethical, and sustainability standards. > Mitigating supply chain risks. > Ensuring supplier diversity and responsible sourcing.

1. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

> Working with finance, operations, and production teams. > Aligning procurement with organizational needs. > Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Main Responsibility):

1. การจัดซื้อและบริหารคำสั่งซื้อ (Purchasing & Order Management)

> ดำเนินการจัดทำใบขอซื้อ (Purchase Requisition) และใบสั่งซื้อ (Purchase Order) > ติดตามและประสานงานเพื่อให้มีการส่งมอบสินค้า/บริการได้ตรงตามกำหนดเวลา

1. การบริหารต้นทุน (Cost Management)

> ควบคุมงบประมาณด้านการจัดซื้อ > บริหารต้นทุนให้เกิดการประหยัดผ่านกระบวนการ CBE การเจรจาต่อรองราคา และการบริหารผู้ขายอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ วิเคราะห์ค่าใช้จ่ายด้านการจัดซื้อ (Spend Analysis)

1. การกำกับดูแลด้านกฎหมายและบริหารความเสี่ยง (Compliance & Risk Management)

> ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านกฎหมาย จริยธรรม และมาตรฐานด้านความยั่งยืน > บริหารและลดความเสี่ยงในห่วงโซ่อุปทาน (Supply Chain Risks) > ส่งเสริมความหลากหลายของผู้ขาย และการจัดซื้ออย่างมีความรับผิดชอบ

1. การประสานงานและบริหารผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง (Collaboration & Stakeholder Management)

> ประสานงานร่วมกับฝ่ายการเงิน ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ และฝ่ายผลิต > สนับสนุนและปรับแผนการจัดซื้อให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการขององค์กร > สื่อสารและประสานงานกับผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

1. งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก Procurement Manager

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain , Logistics , Business Administration , Engineer or related field. Experience lease 5 years of experience in procurement and/or purchasing. Preferably in the energy , Power plant , or large factory. Procurement Porcess and purchase supply chain management for the power plant operation ( e.g. fuel gas , service maintenance contract) Good command of English (reading technical documents, writing emails, and supplier communication) Not Required. Leadership, initiative, ownership, Positive mental attitude, Membership (Team work) and communication required.
