Agency Technical Manager to drive agency activity (M/F)

Your missions:

As part of our development, we are looking for an Agency Technical Manager to drive the agency's activity.

Reporting to the Agency Manager, you will ensure the management of sedentary and mobile technical teams, the coordination of interventions and projects, as well as the monitoring of the quality of service delivered to our clients.

In this capacity, your main missions are as follows:

Technical management and leadership

• Supervise and support the agency's technical teams in their daily activities
• Organize activity based on priorities, client commitments, and operational needs
• Participate in the skill development of employees and the dissemination of best practices
• Ensure the proper application of the group's processes, methods, and technical standards

Coordination of interventions and projects

• Guarantee the planning, coordination, and proper execution of the agency's interventions and projects
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with deadlines, quality of deliverables, and commitments made
• Supervise the technical compliance of deployments and the maintenance in operational conditions of client environments
• Identify points of vigilance, alert in case of deviation, and propose corrective actions

Client monitoring and quality of service

• Ensure the monitoring of the agency's client accounts in connection with internal teams
• Ensure client satisfaction and the quality of service delivered
• Contribute to the operational efficiency of services and the proper fulfillment of contractual commitments
• Be proactive in proposing technical evolutions and possible optimizations for clients

Technical pre-sales

• Participate in technical pre-sales for the agency's clients
• Support pre-sales actions with prospects in the sector
• Contribute to the construction of solutions adapted to the technical and operational challenges of clients

Skills

• Good mastery of On-Premise and Cloud infrastructure environments
• Experience in driving technical activity, project coordination, or team management
• Knowledge of performance indicators and quality of service
• Mastery of contractual monitoring and activity synthesis
• Good knowledge of security tools, processes, and standards: IT charter, PSSI, RGPD, ISO frameworks, etc.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical interlocutors
• Professional English

Profile sought

• Higher education in IT, starting from Bac +3
• Proven experience in infrastructure, systems, networks, or managed services environments
• Recognized interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork
• Analytical, synthesis, and prioritization skills
• Sense of service, quality of oral expression, and a client-oriented posture
• Rigor, organization, and autonomy
• Reactivity and ability to manage multiple subjects in parallel
• Strong sensitivity to quality of service and client satisfaction

Remuneration: €60,000.00 to €65,000.00 per year
