Service Engineer (Chiller / Airconditioning)

Responsibilities:

• On-site service as Service Engineer
• Attend to any technical complaints and application questions from customers
• To report to Service Dept for any unresolved issues and pending matters.
• Maintenance, Repair and Servicing.
• Able to fault finding and troubleshoot machine issues independently
• Able to issue service report accurately and independently
• Purchase and sourcing spare parts if needed
• Maintain good condition of tools and accessories regularly
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Department

Requirement:

• At least 3 years’ experience with Chillers and Dryers
• Willing to work with own hands
• A good team player with drive and initiative
• Highly motivated self-starters, analytical and logical
• Willing to learn and take responsibility
• Basic understanding of P&ID and Electrical drawing
