Data Expert Sales Service (m/f/d)

For our well-known client from an internationally active industrial company, we are looking for an engaged Data Expert Sales Service (m/f/d) to support the sales team at the earliest possible date.

Your Tasks

• Maintenance, administration, and updating of price lists, conditions, and customer master data in the SAP system
• Creation and evaluation of sales, revenue, and KPI analyses to support sales and management
• Creation, maintenance, and updating of price lists, order forms, and sales-relevant documents for international customers
• Processing and booking of consignment stock as well as evaluation of inventory and sales data
• Contact person (m/f/d) for internal departments on all questions regarding master data and sales-relevant processes
• Support of day-to-day business as well as participation in cross-departmental projects
• Ensuring high data quality and optimization of existing processes

Your Profile

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training, for example as Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in sales back office, order processing, or master data management
• Confident handling of SAP as well as very good knowledge of MS-Office applications, especially Excel
• Analytical mindset as well as a careful and structured way of working
• High affinity for numbers and a strong sense of quality
• Strong communication skills, teamwork skills, as well as a customer- and service-oriented way of working
• Good English skills in speaking and writing; other foreign languages are an advantage
