We are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for a man in his 60s a bit outside Lagan, Ljungby kommun. The man works in daily activities and in his free time he likes, among other things, to gym, bowl, and play games. The work includes personal care, rehabilitation, motivation, and activation. It is important that you are careful with cleaning and have good hygiene. The work group is characterized by much warmth and care for one another.
Who are you as an applicant? You who are applying are a happy, warm, social, patient, organized, and flexible person who can take appropriate initiatives. You like being outdoors and want to participate and contribute to motivating the client to have an active life. You must be able to work independently but also collaborate and show loyalty and flexibility towards other assistants in the group. Important qualities are that you show respect and dignity towards the client while being a person with positive energy and preferably with a lot of humor. We primarily seek male applicants.
It is positive if you share the client's Christian worldview. Requirements * B-körkort and car, as the man lives out in the country * Non-smoker * Good knowledge of English, as the client is English-speaking.
About the employment
The employment is a permanent employment for as long as the assignment lasts. We offer a fixed hourly wage according to agreement. Other compensations according to kollektivavtal.
Working hours vary between day, evening, and weekend. Every other week Thursday 07-21 and every other week Monday and Wednesday from 07-21 as well as every 6th Saturday from 07-18.
Regular workplace meetings take place where development of the assignment occurs.
You will receive training and introduction to the medical tasks and continuous competence development based on the needs of the assignment.
