Novotel Le Havre Centre Gare is recruiting its future Waiter / Chef de rang!

Belonging to a family group, our 4* Hotel offers 128 rooms to a varied business and leisure clientele, a restaurant with a capacity of 70 covers, 8 seminar rooms, a tapas-cocktail bar, a wellness area, a fitness room, and a coworking space.

SERVICE AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS

As a true Ambassador of our restaurant's image, your main missions will be:

• Prepare and set the tables before each service
• Welcome customers and escort them to their table
• Present menus and make suggestions
• Serve dishes and then clear them once the dishes are finished
• Serve our customers in room
• Present the bill, process payments
• Respect HACCP hygiene procedures

REQUIRED CRITERIA

Knowledge:

• A first experience in catering desired
• Proficiency in English indispensable

Soft skills:

• Hands-on person
• Ability to work effectively in a team and sense of initiative
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Rigor and organization
