Chef de Brigade (M/F)

Your tasks

You will ensure the operational coordination of your brigade in order to guarantee high-quality reception and a memorable customer experience. In this capacity, your main missions will be:

• Supervise and lead the team: organize daily work, distribute tasks, and support employees in their missions.
• Ensure service quality: ensure compliance with the quality standards and procedures of the Novotel and ibis Styles brands.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction: welcome customers, respond to their requests, and manage any complaints with professionalism.
• Coordinate operations: ensure the proper transmission of instructions between teams and ensure the fluidity of daily operations.
• Participate in employee training: support newcomers and promote the skill development of the team.
• Ensure compliance with procedures: apply safety rules and the establishment's internal procedures.
• Optimize service organization: anticipate needs, manage priorities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality.

Requirements

You are a hospitality professional, endowed with an excellent sense of service and a true team spirit. You recognize yourself in the following profile:

• You have successful experience in hospitality, ideally in a position as chef de brigade or team leader.
• You have a sense of responsibility and know how to unite a team around common goals.
• You are organized, reactive, and capable of managing priorities, even during periods of high activity.
• You have an eye for detail and are particularly attentive to customer satisfaction.
• You demonstrate leadership, diplomacy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• You master the codes of hospitality and know how to embody quality and reception standards.
• You are proficient in English.
• You are proficient in the Opera Cloud software.
