Production Department Team Leader

Required for a factory in Yibna. Required: Production Department Team Leader - a person of people!

The role includes overall responsibility for the production and warehouse systems in the factory. Implementation of the production plan and logistical activity in the factory. Responsibility for implementing the production plan in accordance with work instructions, standards, and customer requirements. Managing and motivating department employees toward excellence and commitment to process quality, safety, and meeting the factory's service level. Supporting shift managers in professional aspects and making decisions that affect the production plan, even during non-routine hours. Interface work with the PPC department regarding production plan aspects, schedule changes, special customer requirements, etc. Responsibility for handling technical faults: reporting, initial handling, and mobilizing the maintenance team as needed in order to prevent disruptions to the production plan. Responsibility for process and efficiency improvement, ensuring training, learning, and creating operational flexibility among employees. Responsibility for the safety field in the department.

• Managerial experience from the production/logistics field - Mandatory
• Relevant education in the field of production and logistics or proven experience in operations fields.
• High interpersonal skills.
• Language proficiency: Good level of English.
• Proficiency in computerized systems - Full proficiency in OFFICE systems.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Priority etc.).
