Operator for Production Department

For the company Mediplast from the Novolog group, which provides a variety of services in the healthcare field, an Operator for the Production Department is required for our office located in Yavne.

The role includes:

• Operating sterilization facilities and their sub-systems according to all parameters required for the sterilization process
• Preparing sterilization batches for the process according to work procedures and batch cards
• Responsibility for handling technical faults: reporting, primary handling, and activating the maintenance team
• Shift preparation, handover, equipment preparation, loading raw materials (gas), auxiliary tools, etc.
• Transport, wrapping, pallet unloading, cleaning, required tests, and filling out documents
• Full management with the Production Control department regarding sterilization schedule aspects, schedule changes, special customer requirements, etc.
• Responsibility for safety, order, and cleanliness of the production hall and warehouses during the shift
• Adherence to safety procedures, use of safety equipment, etc.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of one/two years in a factory as a production worker, warehouse worker, or a similar operational role – significant advantage
• English at a level of letter recognition and basic reading – mandatory
• Proficiency in basic computer applications: proficiency in the OFFICE system – mandatory
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Priority etc.) – significant advantage
