Packaging Engineer

Job scope: Manage manufacturing equipment and design projects while maintaining high quality standards. Plan, develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and operations. Optimize the use of materials, equipment, and personnel to control costs and improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP, hygiene, and safety standards. Lead technical improvements, process development, qualification, and validation activities. Collaborate with Engineering, other departments, and suppliers to install, maintain, and improve equipment. Develop and maintain standardized production processes, procedures, and work instructions. Identify and resolve process issues and root causes. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project findings and results. Build internal and external networks to support project completion.
