Senior HR Controller (f/m/d)

We are looking for 1 Senior HR Controller (f/m/d) full-time (38.5 hours per week)

Tasks

• Building and establishing HR controlling within the entire NovaTaste Group

• Close cooperation with HR and Finance to promote workforce transparency and performance management

• Providing financial and personnel analyses to support strategic business decisions

• Responsibility for personnel cost planning, forecasting processes, as well as workforce planning

• Development of HR key performance indicators (KPIs), management dashboards, and meaningful reporting for executives

• Supporting organizational transformations, acquisitions, and value creation initiatives through data-based analyses

• Continuous further development of reporting, analysis, and data quality standards

Skills

• Completed studies in the field of finance, economics, business administration, or a comparable subject area

• Several years of professional experience in HR controlling, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), workforce planning, or as a Finance Business Partner

• Sound knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, personnel cost management, and data analysis

• Strong Excel and BI skills (e.g., Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, SuccessFactors)

• Hands-on mentality, analytical mindset, as well as the ability to build structures and processes independently

• Experience in a dynamic, international environment, ideally in a private equity-led company

• Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing

The minimum salary for this position is €3,748.13 gross per month on a full-time basis (38.5 hours). Significant overpayment according to your qualification and experience is a matter of course for us.
