Pre-Sales Power/IBM i M/F - NOVAHE

To support the development of offerings around the IBM i platform, Novahe is looking for a pre-sales consultant capable of supporting the group's sales force. The candidate must master the POWER/IBM i offering in order to be able to transform/modernize the infrastructures of our clients and prospects.

Reporting to the pre-sales management, you will intervene across the entire cycle: from understanding the client's needs to after-sales follow-up.

Understand the client and design the response

• Understand the client's business and technical challenges, question them, and build a long-term relationship of trust
• Translate the expressed need into a relevant technical and commercial setup

Support the sales teams

• Provide technical support to sales representatives: reading expressions of need, scoping files
• Write responses to calls for tenders and commercial proposals
• Contribute to the financial structuring of files: service level, project load, arbitration between internal skills / subcontracting
• Participate in client interviews and presentations, ensure after-sales follow-up

Design technical architectures

• Size and define the architectures of the proposed solutions, with a global vision
• Lead or participate in architecture workshops
• Perform demonstrations and presentations to clients and prospects
• Install demonstration platforms, scope and manage POCs

Monitoring and capitalization

• Ensure technological monitoring: manufacturer and publisher news, competing offers
• Report observed client solutions to the technical management
• Develop and maintain the documentary corpus, share your experience with the teams
• Activity reporting and assignment of opportunities
• Minimum 5 years in a similar position
• Mastery of the Power/IBMi offering is imperative
• Knowledge of backup and/or x86 environments will be a plus in order to be able to carry all Novahe offerings.
• Broad culture of information systems and IT infrastructures: production, hardware, and software constraints
• Knowledge of the Novahé catalog solutions (infrastructure, hosting, managed services) or ability to quickly gain competence
• Excellent writing skills and ease of speaking: you know how to convince both in writing and during presentations
• Listening, analysis, sense of questioning
• Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Operational technical English
