Commercial and International Alliances Director - Bilingual

Purpose of the role: Lead the commercial strategy and business development of Babynova Clinic, strengthening the international medical tourism agency channel and expanding through new strategic alliances. Professional with a solid track record in commercial leadership and business development. Minimum 3 years of experience leading commercial teams. Experience in business development, strategic alliances, and channel management. Special value will be placed on English language proficiency, experience in healthcare, medical tourism, fertility, assisted reproduction, or sectors with high regulatory and ethical sensitivity. Advanced English, ideally C1 level, for negotiation and relationship management with international agencies. Ability to work on-site in Bogotá, D.C.
