Your mission at NOVAE:

The mission of the Support Material Flow Manager is to optimize part availability and ensure the achievement of contractual Q/C/D objectives for the services under their responsibility. They act as the interface with the Operations Department, delegating to the project manager to whom they provide consolidated reporting. They plan, organize, and coordinate all supply chain activities within their scope: PR, outillages, LAI, AIP, PNRS, AIP, NTi3 etc... Main missions: ERP Steering — Secure item parameterization and coordinate Purchasing / Technical Control.

Stock & Cost Management — Optimize stock levels, rotation, repairs, and procurement costs.

Flow & Performance — Manage material flows, define KPIs, reduce penalties, and improve the service rate.

Customer Relations — Manage forecasts, progress, emergencies, CSR/CSF, invoicing, and contractual aspects.

Forecasting & Finance — Develop sales forecasts, formalize turnover landings, and support the project manager.

Analysis & Action Plans — Analyze data, detect anomalies, model scenarios, and drive corrective actions.

Subject Matter Expert — Provide expertise, best practices, and contribute to tool improvement.

Framework Contract: forfait jours Profile Technical Skills Transversal supply chain: creation, sizing, modeling, and management of physical, financial, and IT flows.

ERP: mastery of management systems and item parameterization.

Advanced Pack Office: analysis, reporting, modeling.

Professional English: operational level (TOEIC 750 or equivalent).

Action Steering: transversal coordination and monitoring of improvement plans.

Functional Skills Customer contract orientation: sense of service, respect for Q/C/D commitments.
