Your mission at NOVAE:

Are you a quality expert with solid experience in Product Assurance and do you want to work on high-stakes technical programs? Join us as a Program Quality Manager and take part in a project with one of our leading clients in the space/defense sector. As part of this mission, you will join a demanding and EN9100 certified environment, within Flight Systems programs, i.e., embedded and flight-related systems. You will be at the heart of exchanges between quality teams and technical teams, with a global vision of the program. Your objective: guarantee the quality of the program at every stage, challenge teams when necessary, and secure the compliance of deliverables until the delivery of the system. Main missions: As Program Quality Manager, you will notably be responsible for: Driving the quality of Flight Systems programs throughout the entire life cycle;

Organizing and participating in development reviews;

Identifying, monitoring, and processing non-conformities (NC);

Performing documentary validations and guaranteeing the compliance of deliverables;

Ensuring configuration management;

Performing operational monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality requirements;

Applying and enforcing the quality framework applicable to the programs;

Coordinating various quality activities with technical teams and stakeholders;

Adjusting needs and priorities based on program progress;

Challenging teams on quality issues and contributing to the resolution of problems encountered;

Ensuring weekly reporting to the ordering parties;

Producing monthly progress reports.

You will operate within a transverse scope, with a strong dimension of coordination, analysis, and management.

Profile

Your skills 💼 With a higher education degree of at least Bac+3, you have more than 10 years of experience in quality, product quality assurance, or Product Assurance, ideally in an aeronautical, space, or defense environment. You notably master: Quality management and product quality assurance

Non-conformity management and processing

Preparation and management of development reviews

Document management applied to complex technical environments

The ability to monitor quality throughout the entire cycle: engineering → development → delivery

Coordination with technical and multidisciplinary teams

Quality reporting to different levels of interlocutors

Confirmed professional English, indispensable for evolving in this international environment.

Knowledge of EN9100, configuration management, and Flight Systems environments will be particularly appreciated. Experience in space or defense is also a real asset.
