Do you know how to structure a complex schedule, challenge contributors, identify discrepancies before they become critical, and provide project managers with a reliable view of progress?

👉 NOVAE is looking for a PMO Planning / Project Planner to support project managers in a demanding industrial environment.

Your role: to become their planning reference and transform project data into a true management tool.

🎯 YOUR MISSION: MASTERING PROJECT TIME

Your main mission consists of providing planning support under Planisware to project managers.

You will intervene from the initial structuring of schedules to their operational monitoring.

Concretely, you will be required to:

• build and structure project schedules;
• define the appropriate planning granularity and monitoring instances;
• ensure regular updates of schedules in Planisware;
• coordinate contributors and perform necessary follow-ups;
• monitor the various deliverables associated with the schedules;
• analyze discrepancies between forecast and actual;
• identify drifts and points of vigilance;
• prepare and facilitate planning reviews;
• manage the follow-up of actions resulting from these reviews;
• verify consistency between different project deliverables;
• update management indicators;
• produce clear and actionable planning reporting for project managers.

📊 PLANISWARE AT THE HEART OF MANAGEMENT

You do not simply enter dates into a tool.

Your role is to build a schedule that reflects the reality of the project, its dependencies, its milestones, and its risks.

When faced with a delay, you must be able to understand: Which deliverable is impacted? Which dependency is concerned? Which stakeholder must be mobilized? What are the consequences for the next milestones?

👉 You thus transform Planisware into a true decision-making support tool.

🔎 WE ARE LOOKING FOR TRUE PLANNING EXPERTISE

The sought profile also possesses a confirmed level in:

• PMO / Project Management Office;
• project management;
• reporting;
• coordination of project stakeholders;
• monitoring of deliverables and indicators;
• facilitating planning reviews;
• fluent English.

Initial knowledge of the aerospace sector is appreciated.

🧠 THE PROFILE THAT WILL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

You like to understand what lies behind a date in a schedule.

You are able to challenge a contributor with diplomacy, alert when a milestone becomes critical, and convey a complex situation in a simple manner.
