Do you enjoy being the person who provides visibility to a project, anticipates risks, and moves teams in the same direction?

NOVAE is looking for a PMO / Project Management Officer to support the management of a project with a strong technical dimension.

Your role will be central: structuring management, coordinating different departments, securing milestones, and providing teams with a clear vision of project progress.

🎯 YOUR MISSION: PROVIDE RHYTHM AND VISIBILITY TO THE PROJECT

You will operate at the intersection of project management, technical coordination, and Agile methods.

On a daily basis, you will notably be required to:

• build, update, and manage schedules;
• track actions, deadlines, and blockers;
• identify and monitor project risks;
• contribute to meeting QCD objectives – Quality, Cost, Delivery;
• prepare and facilitate steering meetings;
• coordinate the various project stakeholders: development, validation, industrialization, quality, purchasing…;
• ensure the follow-up of deliverables and their progress;
• build and update management indicators;
• produce clear, concise, and actionable reporting;
• participate in the structuring and monitoring of backlogs;
• monitor sprints and contribute to Agile management;
• ensure regular reporting to the various stakeholders.

🔄 A PMO WHO LINKS THE TEAMS

Here, the PMO is not limited to consolidating spreadsheets.

You are in contact with the teams and must be able to understand the technical issues sufficiently to circulate information, identify dependencies, and challenge progress.

Development, validation, industrialization, quality, purchasing: you operate amidst professions with different constraints.

👉 Your mission consists of helping them move forward with a shared vision of priorities, milestones, and risks.

⚡ AGILE, SCRUM & JIRA

The project also integrates an important dimension of Agile management.

You are comfortable with:

• JIRA;
• Agile / Scrum methods;
• the structuring and monitoring of backlogs;
• sprint monitoring;
• progress indicators;
• project reporting.

Experience as a Scrum Master or in roles combining PMO and Agile management will be particularly relevant.

👤 THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You have proven experience in PMO / project management, ideally in a technical or industrial environment.

• 📊 PMO / Project Management Office
• 🎯 Project management
• 🔄 Scrum Master
• 💻 JIRA
• 📈 Reporting
• 💻 Knowledge of programming languages
• 🌍 Fluent English

Above all, you know how to transform a complex project situation into simple information:

Where do we stand? What are the risks? Which actions are late? Who needs to decide? What is the impact on the schedule?

And you do not settle for merely noting a discrepancy: you contribute to driving its resolution.

Your performance will notably be assessed on two very concrete elements:

• 📅 mastery of schedules;
• 📊 quality of reporting.

With two strong requirements: respecting deadlines and guaranteeing the quality of deliverables.
