Do you master Primavera P6 and know how to build a program schedule that becomes a true management tool?
NOVAE is looking for a PMO Planning / Project Planner β Primavera P6 Expert to work in a complex project environment and structure a planning approach common to several components of the program.
π Here, we are primarily looking for a planning specialist capable of building, structuring, analyzing, and challenging complex schedules.
π― YOUR MISSION: STRUCTURE THE PROGRAM SCHEDULE
You will operate at the heart of project management with strong responsibility for the construction and reliability of the schedule.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- build and structure the program schedule;
- develop and implement the WBS β Work Breakdown Structure;
- implement a standard planning method common to the different components of the program;
- create and update detailed schedules under Primavera P6;
- structure activities, milestones, and dependencies;
- load schedules with resources and hours;
- build, manage, and maintain baselines;
- consolidate different schedules within a multi-project logic;
- analyze variances between the baseline schedule and the actual situation;
- identify drifts and their impacts;
- produce the indicators and reporting necessary for management;
- provide project managers with a reliable vision of milestones, risks, and priorities.
The expected deliverables are very concrete: mastered schedules and reliable reporting, with high requirements for quality and meeting deadlines.
π» PRIMAVERA P6: THE CENTRAL TOOL OF THE POSITION
This is the key point of this opportunity.
excellent mastery of Primavera P6 β version 23, which constitutes the central tool of the mission.
You must be truly operational in:
- creation and structuring of schedules;
- WBS;
- links and dependencies;
- milestones;
- resource and hour management;
- baselines;
- progress updates;
- schedule analysis;
- multi-project consolidation;
- reporting.
π We are therefore looking for a profile that uses Primavera P6 to manage, not simply to update a few dates.
π FROM PLANNING TO MANAGEMENT
Your added value will be your ability to interpret what the schedule is saying.
When a milestone drifts, you seek to understand why.
When an activity is delayed, you analyze the dependencies and impacts.
When a project manager needs to make a decision, you provide them with structured and actionable information.
You are capable of moving from a detailed vision to a program vision and responding quickly to essential questions:
Where are we? Where are the variances? Which milestones are impacted? Which resources are concerned? What is the new trajectory?
π€ THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You have confirmed experience in planning, PMO, and project management, ideally acquired on programs involving several interdependent projects or lots.
The requirement calls for a confirmed level in:
- π― Schedule Management
- π PMO / Project Management Office
- π Project Management
- π Fluent English
You are recognized for your rigor, your analytical capacity, and your ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
