CATIA V5 Electrical Installation Leader (M/F) – Railway
As an Installation Leader, you are responsible for the quality, technical consistency, and respect of delivery deadlines within your scope.
In this capacity, your main missions will be as follows:
- Lead and coordinate 3D electrical installation activities on one or more projects
- Supervise a local team of 1 to 3 people, in addition to activities carried out offshore
- Ensure the proper application of defined methods, processes, and standards
- Ensure compliance with business rules, standards, and project specificities
- Guarantee the quality of deliverables and their delivery within the committed deadlines
- Build, monitor, and drive the progress of activities
- Organize and lead progress reviews with the teams
- Identify, share, and escalate blocking points, risks, and alerts
- Work in interface with your HDL and cross-functional teams
- Challenge project teams on the proposed technical solutions
- Actively contribute to problem-solving and the search for robust solutions
- Ensure coordination with various stakeholders in a multi-site and international environment

Context
As part of our engineering activities, we are looking for a CATIA V5 Electrical Installation Leader to work for one of our clients, a key player in the railway sector.
The position is part of an EDC – Electrical Development Center, dedicated to electrical development for highly technical railway projects.
You will act as a referent / coordinator for 3D installation activities, with the responsibility of leading one or more projects and coordinating the activities of a local team, in connection with:
- local teams
- the outsourced client
- offshore teams
- project stakeholders
🎯 Do you master 3D electrical installation, wiring, and complex environments under CATIA V5?
Do you enjoy both managing an activity and driving the technical progress of teams?
You have a Master's degree (Bac +5) in: electrical engineering, mechatronics, electrical design / integration, embedded systems, or an equivalent technical field.
Ideally, you have 8 to 12 years of experience in the fields of:
- wiring
- routing / electrical installation
- harness
- 3D design
- or electrical integration
Your technical skills 💼
It is imperative that you have a solid mastery of:
- CATIA V5
- EHI module
- EHA module
- Sheet Metal Design module
You also have strong skills in:
- 3D electrical installation
- harness production
- integration / installation of electrical networks
- configuration management
- structured design environment
- management of technical activities
You have already held a role as:
- technical leader
- activity coordinator
- or team / project referent
Experience in a railway, transport, aeronautics, or complex industry environment will be particularly appreciated.
A good level of professional English is required to evolve effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
