Electrical Functional Leader – SEE Electrical / Railway (M/F)
As a Functional Leader, you are responsible for the quality, technical consistency, and respect of delivery deadlines within your scope. In this capacity, your main missions will be as follows: Drive and coordinate electrical functional activities on one or more projects
Supervise a local team of 2 to 8 people, in addition to activities carried out offshore
Actively contribute to resolving technical difficulties and addressing encountered uncertainties
Ensure the proper application of methods, processes, and standards
Ensure compliance with business rules, standards, and project specificities
Guarantee the quality of deliverables and their delivery within defined deadlines
Organize, monitor, and lead functional activities
Conduct progress reviews with the teams
Identify, share, and escalate blocking points, risks, and alerts
Work in interface with your HDL and cross-functional teams
Challenge project teams on technical choices and solutions
Be a proactive proposer in the search for robust and realistic solutions
Ensure coordination with various stakeholders in an international and multicultural environment

Context As part of our engineering activities, we are looking for an Electrical Functional Leader to work for one of our clients, a key player in the railway sector. The position is part of an EDC – Electrical Development Center, dedicated to electrical development on high-tech railway projects. You will intervene in the management and coordination of electrical functional activities, with responsibility for one or more projects, in connection with: local teams

offshore teams
cross-functional project interlocutors
🎯 Do you like managing a technical activity, moving teams forward, and intervening where both structure, method, and high-level perspective are required? 🎓You have a Master's degree (Bac +5) in: electrical engineering, electrotechnics, electrical systems, electrical engineering, or an equivalent field. Ideally, you have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical environment related to: electrical schematics
functional studies
electrical development
or electrical systems engineering
Your technical skills 💼 You must master: the SEE Electrical suite
You also have solid skills in: electrical engineering
electrotechnics
coordination of technical activities

Experience in a railway, transport, energy, complex industry, or embedded systems environment will be particularly appreciated. A good level of professional English is indispensable to evolve effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
