Status: Executive on a fixed-hour basis – 38h30 weekly Start Date: ASAP Duration: Long-term mission (2 years and more) Collective agreement: Syntec Remuneration: Between €39,600 and €60,000 gross annual, depending on profile

🛠️ Main Missions Reporting to the TRAINING department, you will intervene in the following areas: Deliver technical training on the CFM56 engine to an adult audience

Participate in the development, updating, and adaptation of training programs

Ensure continuous technological and pedagogical monitoring

Contribute to the continuous improvement of training tools and methods

Represent NOVAE with professionalism and expertise

👤 Profile Sought Training / Qualifications: Minimum Bac+2 in technical or sciences OR PART66 License (B1.3 or B2) OR Technician License (ICAO or FRA66 level) OR Licence 3 in Education Sciences

Experience: 4 to 10 years of experience in the aeronautical sector

Previous experience as a trainer is appreciated

Skills: In-depth knowledge of the CFM56 engine

Minimum English level B2 (technical and conversational)

Pedagogical abilities and communication skills

Rigor, autonomy, and interpersonal skills
