We are recruiting several aeronautical engine trainers to support an ambitious and structuring long-term project. 📍 Location: Aeronautical site – Villaroche (Montereau, 77) 📅 Start date: December 2025 ⏱️ Status: Executive (Cadre) on a day-rate basis 📄 Duration: 3 years (long-term mission) 💼 Contract: Full-time – CDI de mission via NOVAE 💰 Remuneration: To be defined together + bonuses (calendrical or JT depending on profile) 📚 Collective agreement: Syntec

🎯 Your mission: Train future aeronautical mechanics and inspectors as part of a skill-upgrading program related to LEAP 1A / 1B engines (inspection, modules, parts). You will be a key player in the deployment of a structured training center on a European scale. 👉 Before starting, you will be trained in: Technical specificities of the engine, IT tools, and the working environment

Pedagogical methods and transmission techniques

🛠️ Your responsibilities: Deliver theoretical classroom training

Adapt content to the needs of new arrivals

Monitor trainee progress

Contribute to the structuring of the training center

🌍 Working conditions: 📍 Position based in Villaroche (77), with possible transfer to another site in the region 💻 Remote work possible depending on workload 🕒 Flexible working hours ✈️ Very little travel

👤 Profile sought: ✅ Indispensable prerequisites: Minimum 5 years of experience in an aeronautical environment (civil or military)

Good knowledge of aircraft or helicopter engines

English level B2 (TOEIC ≥ 785)

BEP / Bac Pro or equivalent

Autonomy, benevolence, listening skills, and adaptability

➕ Appreciated assets: Experience as a trainer or tutor

Mastery of digital training tools
