Aerospace Structure Engineer – MRO / STRESS (M/F)
You will work on the analysis and processing of aircraft structural issues in MRO and production environments. Your main missions: Analyze structural damage and understand technical and operational stakes
Define and validate repair solutions in compliance with airworthiness requirements
Respond to technical requests from airlines (email / telephone)
Perform STRESS analyses (static and fatigue) on metallic and composite structures
Draft associated technical documents: SRI (Structure Repair Instructions)
SRAS (Stress Review Approval Sheet)
Technical notes and adaptations
Handle FAL non-conformities and propose technical justification solutions
Utilize manufacturer documentation (SRM, IPC, MPD… )
Ensure interchangeability analyses and define inspection/repair procedures
Collaborate with MRO and FAL teams and client interlocutors

Context ✈️ As part of our engineering activities, we are looking for an Aerospace Structure Engineer specialized in MRO / STRESS to support one of our clients, a major player in the aeronautics sector. You will intervene at the heart of Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) activities but also on subjects related to new aircraft (FAL), bringing your expertise to structural, repair, and non-conformity issues. A technical, dynamic, and high-value-added position, with a real operational and client dimension.
🎯 Do you want to work on concrete aircraft repair issues and contribute directly to the airworthiness of aircraft? 🎓 With a Master's degree (Bac +5) in aeronautics, mechanics, or structures, you have 4 to 10 years of experience in aeronautical calculation or structures. Your technical skills 💼 You have solid knowledge in: aircraft structure (fuselage, wing, nacelles, stabilizers…)
STRESS calculation (static / fatigue)
metallic and composite materials
MRO and/or production ( FAL ) environment
technical documentation: SRM, IPC, MPD
You are able to produce: SRI / SRAS documents
STRESS technical notes
analyses under Excel (and ideally FEM )
Knowledge of PART 145 is appreciated. A good level of professional English is required. Your personal qualities ✨ Rigor and analytical skills
