Your mission at NOVAE: We are recruiting a Project Engineer / Ingénieur Projet to support a leading industrial player on a project with a strong international dimension. Main missions:

Your role will be to technically coordinate the project, from the solution definition phase to its realization, ensuring the consistency of studies, risk management, and compliance with commitments. You will specifically intervene in the following activities: Analyze technical contractual clauses, standards, norms, and regulatory requirements

Participate in drafting general study specifications

Coordinate technical studies between different disciplines

Manage interfaces with internal teams, equipment suppliers, and external partners

Manage and monitor PFD, P&ID, spare parts, and technical files

Participate in the design of the installation and the integration of the different packages

Identify and address technical problems as well as project risks

Contribute to the optimization of studies in terms of cost, schedule, quality, and safety

Prepare the technical files necessary for assembly, startup, and documentary handover

Guarantee the traceability of modifications and the compliance of technical documentation

Capitalize on best practices and project lessons learned.

Your profile: You have proven experience in the technical coordination of industrial projects, ideally in a complex and highly regulated environment. You are comfortable with: ✔️ Multidisciplinary interface management ✔️ Process and technical documents such as PFD and P&ID ✔️ Steering suppliers and technical packages ✔️ Contractual, quality, and safety requirements ✔️ Document management and traceability of technical decisions ✔️ Arbitration and resolution of technical issues Your ability to unite people, your rigor, and your sense of responsibility will be essential to succeed in this mission. Fluent English required.
